All renters are responsible for tolls incurred during their rental period.
All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device.
Please notify Columbus Car Rentals if you plan to use toll lanes.
Toll invoices may be received 30–60 days after the rental and must be paid promptly.

We take pride in delivering clean, well-maintained vehicles for every rental.
Please return the vehicle in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning fees.

Cleaning fees may apply as follows:

Moderate Cleaning – $50
Mud, sand, minor odors, small spills, moderate bug debris

Heavy Cleaning – $100
Heavy odors, moderate stains, extensive bug debris

Severe Cleaning – $150
Steam cleaning or full detailing required

Pet Hair Removal – $150

Multiple Issues Cleaning – $250

⚠️ Beach Notice:
If the vehicle is taken to the beach, it must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
Sand and sunscreen residue require detailing and will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
